This is supposed to be a gated community, yet auto thefts still occur. I had my car broken into and filed a police report immediately, and followed proper protocol with a long paper trail. Management didn't do a thing and were very non-chalent about the whole situation. Quite frustrating to deal with such negative and passive attitudes regarding thefts/break ins on the property. Grounds are well kept, very clean so that's a plus. Apartment unit is substandard for such an expensive place to live. Woodwork is horrible, sometimes the edges of the built in computer table aren't even parallel. Cabinets under the sink don't shut properly since hinges are uneven also. Bathroom door and bedroom door don't lock since the door frames are uneven as well. Maybe the carpenters were blind when building this complex'' Walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING (people on the phone, using the toilets, even coughing in the morning, having sex, children crying, loud tv, loud radios, etc). I have to wear ear plugs to get some decent sleep. This place is definitely NOT worth all of your hard earned money!! I'm leaving ASAP as soon as my lease is up. I will take my business elsewhere and never look back. People here also drive way above the speed limit and I feel I'm in danger when I'm outside working on my car (washing, vacuuming, cleaing, etc.) With all the negative reports on this place, please don't live here, you have been forewarned!

And you noticed then after you moved in? I find it hard to belive that during your walk-through prior to moving in the supposed substandard workmenship. While its true the walls are thin.. that is typical for any apartment complex. If you find a sound proof one... let me know.
