I came to this sight only to get a copy of my floorplan for something. I read a few reviews and think generally this place is getting a bad rap. First of all, it is beautiful, spacious, and great location. What else do you really expect. The crime rate is the same as Ponte Vedra, Jax Beach, Atlantc Beach, etc. don't believe me go to the FDLE website. They are not the quietest but not nearly as bad as some other places. Overall it is the best appartment in this area.

I will say that although I have required only minor maintenance, such as leaky pipe and running clogged disposal, it will take 5 or 6 calls to get it done. The gates are inconsistent at best, more than one time locking me in because they didn't work at all. The dumpster needs to be empty twice as frequently. And finally there are a few people (NOT ALL) on leasing staff that have just enough brains to tie there shoes. Also for some reason the ammenitites close at 6:00, which is a pain in the butt the 1 or 2 times you will ever try to untilize them. Also the complex severely needs to have hallways powerwashed. Also if you like watching TV, do not move here. They have this horrible master satellite that only works when there is perfect weather conditions, plus no HDTV or on demmand or any movie channels.
