The maintenance crew here are unable to fix anything. We have had clogged toilets, broken doors, you name it. One of the doors to the gym has been broken for three weeks - and today I was unable to enter through either door as the other door was also broken. The garbage "dump" is also disgusting, and must be vermin infested by now.

The management are great, as long as you dont have a problem. We had a case of theft when we had cleaners and movers (both supplied by the enclave) through the apartment (where we were not notified of their arrival) in one day. We lost hundreds in cash. Yet the Enclave took no responsibility whatsoever.

While it is a beautiful apartment complex, the maintenance and management are really the downfall. A shame because it has a lot of potential.

Yes the walls are a little thin - but it is fairly standard in this type of apartment living.

The best thing we did was to get an apartment on the top floor - that way you don't have to worry about people tromping around upstairs at least.

Hopefully the management team will get its act together and live up to their full potential.
