ive lived here for about a year and have a few complaints.
First, if you do have a problem with the apt. , forget it !! You better put a notice in about 5 weeks before you need something fixed. If you need the fixit staff they are usually in the maintanence shack smoking a cig and watching tv.
Second, One dumpster for like 2000 apts ' Does that sound right '' The place is always messy around the dump because the trash is always overflowing.
Third, Walls are so thin you can hear every step above you and every dog above you. The builder tryed to save a buck here and there so the material is cheap. Next time you are in an apartment scape your finger across the wall and see how you now have pieces of the walls under your fingernails.
Lastly, why does an apt. complex go through management companies more than I change my underwear ' Well now I see....about 140 people just got notices saying they had 3 days to move out or be evicted !! Turns out the new bookkeeper is trying to get the books straight !! According to her " We don't know who has payed rent for April and May " ...WOW !! They asked me to produce my check stubs and to get in touch with my bank !! and I told them they need to contact their bank !! They could not account for 140 peoples rent so it makes you wonder where the rent goes and who is getting credited and who is not. I have to admit I have been in an apartments for alittle while and this was a first for me.

I happen to know this resident and also know that he was one of the main ones to throw his trash upon the dumpster instead of in it. >>>>LAZY PEOPLE make the comunity look poor.
