1. The management staff is totally different from when I moved in.. it's only been ten months!

2. The gates are always broken. The side gate has been stuck open since Memorial Weekend in May!

3. Pest control is supposed to come around on Fridays.. I haven't seen them in a couple of months!

4.I hope they don't back out on my last month being my free month, plus- I had to put down extra deposit since we needed to move in so soon as a result of the flooding from the hurricanes last year. I had better get it back!

5. I think they're overselling their internet.. it's gotten progressively slower and slower despite speed tweaks.. Dial-up is faster! BellSouth can't run me a DSL line and no other providers can offer me service!

6. You can hear noises perfectly from the outside. This is not a compliment to the kids around here.

7. Lots of college kids... when school starts there are drunken parties all over the place.

8. New management has changed a lot of the rules around here without changing the lease with notification! I'd love for a lawyer to see some of this stuff! If you're late beyond three days (not a problem here) they charge you a lawyer fee- procrastinators beware!

9. Kids have been stealing free weights from the gym and the ammenities are hardly available during convenient hours... or the management!

10. Maintenence sometimes takes a whole week to come fix something.

11. Neighbors like to pile trash all around the compactor and on top- very stinky and messy.. ugh!

12.If rent goes up more... for what I'm paying I can find a decent house for rent and at least get more space.. I'm tired of calling the cops on my neighbors (management NEVER did anything about it despite three months of complaining and consistant calling) and seeing move in trucks block the tiny roads around here.. someone is going to get in a wreck.. LET ME OUT!!!

use EARTHKINK DSL- BOB & the Enclve's Internet service is crazy & he is rude!
