THIS IS MY FIRST APARTMENT... COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!

Parking: Parking in the Enclave is perfect! I have lived here almost 2 years and have NEVER had to fight for a spot.
NOISE: These are apartments people! This being my first apartment I was worried about the noise. YES, I occasionally hear my neighbors but it is minimal noise. Over all I am very pleased!
LANDSCAPING: Just come and see for your-self! Hands down to the owners and R&R for making this place look like a million bucks year around.
MAINTENANCE: 1st I would like to say how very friendly they are! I have only needed them a few time. The times I have needed them, things were fixed pretty quickly. They have gone out of there way to *change my air filter * check to see if I left my coffee pot on after I left for work * Changed my light bulbs. These small little things are the things that keep me loving this place!
The two complaints I do have..
1st:
*The gates.. I am very upset about them ALWAYS being open! The Enclave has fixed them a number of times. I have seen over 3 people run into them... dont yell at the office I think someone should right a tag number down and report them! Maybe the office should get cameras'
2nd:
*The trash area near the back exit.. It is always a mess! If you move out people dont leave your dressers out there.. this is not the jacksonville dumb! I am sick of everyone being lazy. If you see this I wish people would report it to the office. How can they do something about it if they dont who is doing it!
