First let me say that when I moved in, all was great. Maintenance came out same or next day, office staff was always available and friendly, landscape was beautiful, and there were plenty of community activities. The apartments themselves are amazing and relatively new. Then ING Clarion took over (da...da...Daaaaa) First the gates broke and never got fixed for 5 months. Then, the activities diminished to only holiday parties that you dont even know about till they are happening. The pool gets cleaned once in a while (when the fecal matter is close to completely dissolved by the chlorine). The strip under our front door that creates a seal fell off and four months and five service calls later is still off. Water leak since march that has not been fixed even though I refuse to pay the $150 water bill. Landscape that looks like a 12 year old who forgot to take his ridalin did it. Also our neighbors left a old nasty bicycle, a rusted up grill, a dead plant and a basket on the breezeway. That was two months and three calls ago. I know it will still be there when I get home today. Oh, and there is 20 parking spaces for 24 apartments for my building. They arent all that bad, just mine. I know that every place has their faults, but I only see the Enclave getting worse in the future. Rent at your own Risk.
