We lived in this apartment for a year and loved it! We wanted to stay but got relocated within our jobs. The office was fantastic and so helpful in coming to an agreement about ending the lease that was fair and right. I got nothing but good service from maintenance and office staff. Everything we called about was fixed in a matter of 1 or 2 days! The area is fabulous, with plenty of restaurants and close to TCU and downtown Ft. Worth is just minutes away. The best part about this aparment was the HUGE kitchen! It was the biggest kitchen we've ever had in an apartment, complete with new appliances and laminate wood flooring. The only bad part about the complex is all the blasted speed bumps in the parking lot. We hit 10 from the entrance to the apartment. Also this complex is gated and the security guard really checks everyone who comes it. Great place to live!!!

There is no security guard checking anything at the front gate, nor is their even such a facility that could theoretically provide for a a guard to stand in such structure. This user must be mistaken about the correct name of their complex.
