The previous post hit it right on the head... They really don't care... Ever since the new manager took over things have gotten worse... Drive by the back gate on the weekend and see the mountains of trash piled up with swarms of flies and rodents... Try to get them to respond to a maitenance problem and see how many weeks it takes and if they respond it's poor workmanship... If you try to make a complaint to the manager she takes no blame and attempts to turn it around like it's your problem... We lived there for three years and it steadily went down hill... Surrounding apartments that charge less offer more... Don't be fooled by the outward appearance... Things are definately not what they appear to be...

Thats funny that mine is only a day after this review. It couldnt have been said better. I dont have a username, but I WILL tell you that I live in apartment 1220. 1st- I have to say that I absolutely loved living here when I first moved in, the property was spotless! I never had any problems... then... I was deployed in November of 2007 until June of 2008. Apparently their thieven bastard maintenance men had opened my garage door to hang up a sign while I was gone. They left my garage door open... and for how many days... weeks... months?!? 2000 dollars of stuff was stolen from the garage when I finally came home. The apartment manager decides to turn this around on me! Luckily USAA covered the loss and I hope they take them to court! Next, the trash heap is disgusting! What a lack of competance! This has been happening more and more often... whats the deal? The good news is that it looks like the trash is a valid reason to terminate your lease under Paragraph 31. Last... the gate has been inoperable for at least the last month (and usually is any other time)! Take it from a Naval Officer! Find another apartment!!!
