The apartments have gotten a heck of a lot better. They have fixed the gates, they now have recycling, and my workorders are taken care of within 2 days. I also got a call from Management making sure that one of my workorders was completed within 48hrs. I've lived here for 5 months and am very satisfied. The workout area is awesome and the pools are very convenient. The rent is also not bad considering the apartments are 10 minutes from the beaches.

I have never had problems with the management staff, they have always returned my calls and are very nice when I go into the office and will do everything to help me.

Most apartments have great views of either the pools or the many ponds w/fountains. THe ponds are filled with fish and turtles and a few ducks.

This review probably came from an employee at The Enclave. The pools are gross and the ponds smell badly. Im not sure if its the water in Florida that stinks, or just the water they used to fill those ponds. Ive never seen a fish in the pond and the ducks follow you around expecting food (I assume they've learned how to beg). The office is terrible! Ive lived at The Enclave for 6 months and have had many problems, unresolved, thanks to the staff. They dont care about anything besides a paycheck, but then again, if I worked with half the B---- in the office, I would probably feel the same way.
