The only person with any brains in that office is the top manager of the office who is only there a few days a week. They had a billing issue from their accountant (imagine that) who immediately started sounding as though she were crying on the phone when I called and asked her what I owed after my account somehow rolled to a month-to-month lease in their system although I had signed to renew (lord knows why; I eventually saw the light and now live somewhere else). I eventually had to go to the top level manager, and she took care of my account but not after much heartache with their completely incompetent "accountant."
Ultimately Gables is walking away with less money because they gave me concessions on their poor ability to do math on their contracts and mismanagement.

my mother lives at the Enclave... we are so pleased she's there. The office staff and grounds staff know her and treat her well. She's been there one year, has had excellent service. Yes, there can be discrepancies in their bookkeeping, just like any other place - nothing is perfect. But I judge a place by the staff, and this one is exceptional. Don't hesitate to move to the Enclave - it's as peaceful as they come. And hey, I own and live in a condo in Jax Beach. college kids? You notice I don't refer to the drunken slobs as students, because they aren't. Just think: they are our future. God help America. Calls to the police department work just fine. Front gate always broken?? Ours is, as well. Those same drunken slobs have their friends crash the gates constantly. You don't want to know how much it costs to repair them! The Enclave should install cameras - we caught lots of creeps deliberately breaking our gates. Don't worry about the Enclave for your lifestyle - you'll be fine there!!
