everything is wrong with this place...first of all someone should show them the definition of luxury before they put it on their signs, their maintenance is awful, all they do is paint over everything!!!...everytime i call the office, their phrase of the day is I don't know...they charge 40.00 a month for internet and it goes down literally every 30 minutes...the dumpster is always overflowing with garbage, the gates are a joke, they allow solicitors in....oh, and they cut the water off and didn't bother to give notice...which was great while i was in the shower...i would expect these things from a ghetto apartment, but i will not be renewing my lease!..and speaking of which, they want to charge you way more than your apartment is worth or what you are paying to break it
