I would not recommend moving here. The management is extremely vengeful! I took my dog outside to go do her business and was STALKED by the maintenance. After they watched me pick up after my dog, I called management to let them know that I felt this was uncalled for and somewhat intimidating. These are supposed to be people that the residents trust and they are stalking the residents. I talked to the manager and told her I disagreed with this type of behavior and she cited me for not picking up after my dog. Real mature. It's unfathomable to me that someone who wants business treats residents with such disdain. Perhaps someone should teach her the basic manners useful in life, such as treat others how you would like to be treated.

I agree with most other reviews on here that a TON of things are consistently broken (the gates, the trash compactor, the "state of the art" exercise equipment, lighting, etc.) and these are important features of the complex. How do they expect to lure in new residents when everything is always broken' I haven't had the issues other have had with maintenance not coming. They are usually at my door within a day. But don't bother calling the front office and leaving a message..they will never call you back. You can hear everything between the walls and floors but that can be expected with most apartments. However, I don't think the neighbors door slamming should vibrate everything in the apartment. That's just shoddy construction. It's not the worst place to live but I wouldn't suggest living here.
