We have lived in the Enclave for almost 2 years and plan on renewing our lease again!
The view is amazing over looking the pond and the noise has never been an issue. Parking was only an issue when the parking lots were re-paved. The gates being opened were bothersome in the beginning, but we were notified gates are not for security purposes. I feel very safe living here currently being a Navy wife, with my husband being gone a good bit. We have never had to even wait til the next day for a maintenance request - they always come THAT DAY! The office staff has always been very helpful and know us when they see us out and about. The only issue would be the equipment in the gym can take a little long to be maintenanced. Overall, it's wonderful and you can not get a better place to live in this area for this great of a price, and this good of quality! I've visited friends apartments in the area and all seem to be junk and OLD!
