Administration staff lies From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Do not beleive anything the administration staff tells you. I you want them to do anything for you, make your is written on a paper before you sign your lease. If anything brakes down in your apartment make sure everything is allright before they leave your apartment because it usually takes two or three attempts before they fix it correctly. My apartment had stains on the carpet, and they promised me they were going to change it but is was no written on the contrat, so I got screwed. I've been several times at the leasing center requesting at least a carpet cleaning and they obvously are laughing at me every time I leave that office because they have never sent anybody to clean my carpet...
