Infested with roaches. Flooded my apartment 3 times with up to 3 inches of water. After flooding, left wet carpet in my house so I had to breathe moldy air which almost killed me due to severe alergies. I explained this to them and they did not care. After my lease ended, they charged me a rediculous ($100) month to month charge. They also stated in the lease that rent was due on the 4th and they charged me a late fee when I submitted rent on the 4th at 4 pm. Overall they suck. I would never rent from these conartists again.

Well it's very clearly stated that rent is late after the 3rd, and since 4 comes after 3 what did you expect? I never saw one single roach. Spiders, well on occasion the day before the bug guys were due. And I also had a flood issue once, but they were on the scene in less than an hour and the blowers had dried everything by the next morning.

Well, I just moved in last June. It is horrible. I seen one roach a month after I moved in and thought to my self if I kill it, it'll go away. Well, it didn't more came, and things are now starting to malfunction. Like the washer. they replaced it with a new one and it still leaks water. I can't wai until my lease ends.
