Overall decent, but has some problems

This place was overall okay, nothing fabulous. Nice location away from roads and close to all kinds of shopping and such, pretty much everything you need is nearby. The construction was fine. They were pretty prompt with every maintenance problem except one. When I went out of the country for 6 months they were very supportive. When I returned I found my sink faucet had been leaking slightly for who knows how long, and they paid my water bill for that period. Sound construction with exception of older faucets and wacher/dryer, but I never heard neighbors (excpet upstairs)
Apartment layout is rather small, kinda strange floorplan. The porch was not inviting, even though I didn't have a parking lot view, so I never used it. Bedrooms of center unit are right below the safety lights, so there's a distinct orange glow inside at night. Also AC units right outside bedroom window, so you can hear them all night. One was rattling so hard it kept me up all night one night, the next day they sent out a technician who tightened bolts, but it rattled again a few weeks later. Never got that fully resolved before I moved out of state. One of the apartments was hit by lightning and burned out while I was there, and it took over 6 months to being reconstruction, don't know why it took so long.
Overall, okay place, nothing specatcular.
