Since day one this place has been a hell hole. We decided to move in becasue of the cheap rent and the space. But come to find out, it was not worth the savings. In the lease ( and sales pitch to us) if we make a maitnence request, it will be addressed within 24 hours. So 2 days after we move in, we made a list of things that needed to be fixed, handed it to the woman who wrote our lease... then waited 2 weeks. No answer or nothing. We then went to tha office to inquire again, and see what was going to be coming off our rent, they said they never recieved the request and sicne we didnt have a copy we still had to pay the full rent.

For 4 months straight I had to call and complain about cockroaches and insects before the problem was fixed. But the kicker was this past weekend. My car was broken into while I was away, right in front of my apartment. When I got back I called the emergeny maintence number, and was told that there would be an immediate call back, or he would be out there as well. Nothing came. I called the police and filed that way and the next morning talking to the manager, she said " Sorry, don't worry heads will roll if you want them too." Very insulting. Then that night a police officer was found dead in the complex. Google it and you can read up as well. THEN, as we were talking with our neighbors, appartently someone was murdered in my building 1 year prior, and I was not informed by anyone in Fieldcrest.

This place is just what it is. Cheap place and very bad service. You would be better off spending 100$ more a month to be in a safe neighborhood, with courtious management team. DO NOT MOVE HERE

According to fair houseing the office is not responsible to tell you about crime in the area. this information can be received from JSO. The emergency maintence team is not responsible for car break in's. you need to call JSO. Crime will happen anywhere, It is your responsiblity to keep objects out of veiw in your own car, people will break in if they see anything in sight that they want. Yes you have to call a few times for things to get fixed, but that can happen anywhere. Pest control is only there on mondays so you need to make sure you call prior to the monday you want then to spray your apartment. Grow up! You don't live on the north side. Call Jso and get a print out of crime in your area compared to other areas in town. Managment here was helpul and courteous durring my stay here. Hats off to the whole team here!!
