I lived at fieldcrest for 10 months...
It was the worst experience i EVER had!
My neighbors were loud...
I heard gun shots outside all the time....
I had a friend whose car got dented because someone threw something at her car...
The apartments are not worth the price you pay for...
I had to live without a washer and dryer.....
Maintence never came when you asked them to...
When I got the apartment, the bath tub was stained...
The tiles were cracked and the walls were all different colors...
Then the floors were hard to walk on cuz everytime you could feel something under
the carpet like if they never fixed whatever was underneath it....
Oh, and not the mention, the management, the community manager is horrible!!
She is so rude to you and not friendly at all.... She gave me so many problems!!!
She does not even care about your problems or concerns, she just cares about her own....
I asked her to write me a letter and she said she didn't have time even though
she wasn't doing anything but sitting at her desk....
She is the worst community manager ever...
We came to an agreement about the fees I had to pay for the remainder of my lease...
Then, the next day, I get a letter stating that I owe a lot more than we had agreed to and they threatened to send it to a collections company if I did not pay...
This is the worst place to live at, do not consider it, and you are, please re-think your decision....
