Very Nice! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The apartment community is very nice. The floor plans are great and quite a bit more roomy than most places in Jacksonville. The amenities are great and I'm very happy with my experience here so far...just renewed my lease. I would only complain about two things. One, the parking isn't so great...it's not that I can't find a place to park, it's just kind of awkward and not always close to your front door...but the lighting is great and have never felt unsafe. The other complaint would be the noise. I don't know if I've been unlucky and have had really noisy upstairs neighbors, but it can really be unbearable sometimes...I swear sometimes the tiny little couple that lives upstairs from me have nights where they throw bowling balls at eachother! I think they could have done a better job with the construction in that sense...but overall...it isn't so bad. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live to anyone who wants a nice, clean community that is affordable.
