The up keep at Forest Lake Apartments has gone done tremendously.The grounds look terrible the grass needs to be cut badly,trees have fallen due the weather and debris is everywhere,the dumpster is overflowing with trash.Little kids are sitting under the tall broken trees which is very dangerous.Last but most important the crime has gotten so bad. People are shooting at each other in broad daylight while innocent little kids are playing at the park.Residents apartments have been broken into,people are sleeping in vacant apartments.Forest Lake Apartments use to be safe and quiet place to live and raise a family where neighbors looked out for each other.The owners of Forest Lake Apartments need to come their property and take a walk around the apartments and see the living conditions and look at the police reports and complaints form.

I would like to second that post. I have only been living here for 5 months and I am ready to go. I regret the day I moved into this place. The grass is ridiculous, the noise is unbearable. There are thugs hanging out all day and night just looking for something to get into. The office staff is ridiculous. I have a small baby and the air conditioning went out (something that should be considered an emergency) and I had to tough it out for 2 days and when I called the office to tell them about it, they actually had an attitude about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is absolutely a mess!!!
