I am not one of those residents who were evicted because they were troublesome, delinquent on the rent, or who damaged the property. I had all intentions of staying there but the community is infested with low life, low class, tenants.

The apartments are 3 bedroom 3 bathroom town homes with ample living space. @1160 square feet. The master bedroom is spacious however the two other bedrooms are very small. The grounds when I first came were well kept and management were very responsive to the tenants needs. Maintenance issues were handled promptly. However this is a community where they get a tax incentive for renting to low income. So you're going to get section 8 and the like living there.

Management has switched and are trying to spruce up the place but it's a little too late. There have been almost bi-weekly shootings and there was a double homicide in May in broad daylight.

They would need to have 24/7 Armed security before I would recommend anyone moving in there.
