I lived here for a year, when my lease was up in August I moved. Let me start by saying that the staff keeps gossip and drama going between the tenants. The maintenance lady that works there, hears personal and confidential information in the office, and repeats it to the tenants. What kind of example is that' Did I mention that one lady that lives in the next buildings ceiling in her living room caved in, thank god she was not home. Not to mention the infestation of roaches, rats, tenants that have to keep calling the police on their boyfriends and constant fighting, and noise at all hours of the night. The kids that stay here are wild and rowdy, and are tearing up the apartment grounds. There is no money for repairs, and this comes from the property manager. Laundry room washer & dryers never work, the maintenance staff is not qualified to fix jack!
