Respectable complex. Maintenance is wonderful. Office staff is lacking. They do NOT NOTIFY you of planned walk-ins NOR do they properly notify you of apartments meetings even though they are required to by contract and by law. This is a staff issue. If managment is aware, they just never care to fix it and I am talking about the newer managment. They will not offer you any compensation for any property damage your vehicles suffer due to their own negligence. The parking areas are not lit well and in the few years here, I have never seen a courtesy officer. Adding an extra lock on your door IS a very good idea just to be safe. Grounds are well kept. Pool is often worked on but there are 2 of them. Apartments are carpeted and painted cheaply.
