I am have been here for a year and I am only moving b/c we bought a house. I have had no problems with the noise (I can't hear any of my neighbors, EVER), I haven't heard about break any break in's, whenever I have had a maintenance problem (which had been a few, I must admit) I haven't had any problem getting someone in here within a 24 hour period. Hoestly, it's usually within a few hours of my call.
The staff has been great to me, and when you walk in they know exactly who you are. We live in another apartment before this one (that had good ratings), where we had lots of problems with the office staff and loud neighbors and this is far superior. Hope this helps.
