New management is horrible..i wish they never changed

Management used to be good and then they switched.

We used to get pest control automatically once a month and now we have to schedule it on our own.

We used to get carpet cleanings quarterly since we pay the pet fee and now we don't get that.

We used to get a free carpet cleaning when we renewed our lease and now we have to pay for them.

We cannot renew our lease when it expires now because they used to allow German Shepherds and this new management, even though no one has ever complained, will not allow us to keep him.

Not very well lit at night.

Office people are very nice..see Lauren she has been there forever.

Maintenance people are great and always timely.

Neighbors are good.

Buildings are very old.

Only complaint is that new management is cheap, rude, and not accomidating for residents who have lived her a long time before they took over.
