Interesting. I was told that my appartment was just painted and the carpet was cleaned. I was charged a $200 move in fee (non- refundable) for these services. Niether were done. When I advised them at the office, there was little response except to tell me I was wrong. The walls still had nail holes and scuffs. The carpet was vaccumed but never cleaned. I requested touch up paint twice 2 weeks ago. Not in yet. Third week, still waiting.Took 2 weeks plus nagging and begging to get a non working phone jack replaced. They first told me it was not their responsibility to take care of the phone jack.Guess my new expectations have been revised to "not much service". The community is quiet and seems nice but don't expect too much service.
