Across from JU, GMC offers great and affordable student housing. The prices range from $350/mo and up, the more you pay per month (I believe it's only $475), the more conveniences (i.e. central air, security systems, much nicer kitchens, structure material, carpeting, lighting, etc.) and rooms. It can get ghetto and dangerous for the very "affordable" housing, troublesome individuals may walk around where you could live (a friend of mine got his car broken into for an attempt at his stereo while we were away for a couple weeks). Nothing to drive an above-average vehicle to. Value is like nothing I've come across, and 95% of the time the neighborhood is nice and quiet, no interruptions. Perfect for the budgeting student or for someone in need to get back on their feet. They offer several apartment complexes, each with dramatically different environments, but all affordable.
