Grand Oaks Townhomes At Arlington

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I HAD A LEAKING HOLE IN MY ROOF WITH MOLD THAT WAS NOT FIXED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. I REPORTED IT TO THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND I COULD NEVER GET A HOLD OR TALK WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I REPORTED SEVERAL OTHER WHOLES THAT CAME OPEN AND WERE LEAKING AND NOTHING WAS NEVER FIXED. THE OFFICE AND MAINETENCE KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND LYING TO ME ABOUT THE ROOFERS COMING OUT. MAINTENCE AND PEST CONTROL DO NOT KNOCK THEY JUST COME INSIDE YOUR HOME WITHOUT NOTICE. THERE WAS A DUMPSTER RIGHT BY MY APARTMENT THAT STINKED SO BAD BECAUSE EVERYONE THROWS THEIR TRASH IN IT, OUTSIDE IS SO GHETTO EVERYONE IS ALWAYS OUTSIDE LOOKING AT YOUR EVERY MOVE, PEOPLE ARE ALAWYS LOUD PLAYING MUSIC OR YELING AT SOME KIDS, AND ON THE 4TH OF JULY PEOPLE WERE SHOOTING GUN SHOTS INSTEAD OF FIRE KRACKERS. I DID NOT GET THE CHANCE TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO THE BBB BECAUSE I HAD TO MOVE OUT!!!. THE ONLY NICE THING I COULD SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS THE TWO OFFICE LADIES WERE VERY HELPFUL ABOUT LETTING US LEAVE. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN PROVERTY OR THE GHETTO.
