Lived here for a year and paid a hefty amount in rent and the "service" from the staff was the worst I have ever had. Never showed to do repairs, pool was always filthy, exercise equipment almost always broken. Staff changed regularly -- and new staff made new "rules" and knew nothing of happenings before them. Tanning bed never had new bulbs, computers were all outdated. While lived there -- bathroom exploded -- toilet and tub gushed water from their drains. No one came to fix it for days and I was never compensated for lost valuables.
