	I currently rent here and hate it. THe office people are RUDE as can be and there is no parking. The condos aren;t well taken care of and the hot tub jets dont always work. The gate doesn't always work ... more

	I wouldnt buy in here because of the law suite problems- but I love renting here. It is nice, and quite. It is also a great location

	I am a former owner who, thank God, got out in time. Before you consider this development, research the place. It is involved in aseries of law sits for physical decay and financial wierdness.
