90' degrees a/c breaks they patch & if it breaks again they patch unless its the weekend GOODLUCK! Cause they could care less! It has to be rough working under a MANAGER; that is RUDE to tenants & only care's about the mighty dollar! Tenants will get a threat of eviction for minor things that comunication with tenant could solve but the MANAGER does not seam to understand that! On site security' Thats just a term they use for FHP liveing onsite' FREE RENT must be nice to do nota thing but have your car in a parking spot!!! & those aint FIREWORKS going off; Gunshots maybe ' Fire alarm has went off so many times the JFRD just drive thru & turn around & leave; Hope it aint always acry of WOLF! GOOD LUCK to all Tenants if you do need them! If drains dont work on 2nd & 3rd floors PRAY for the ones on first floor! Dont forget the lease its ONE sided; THEIRS!!! NICE PLACE BUT RUDE MANAGER!!!!!!!!
