I haved lived at Grassy Pond Apts for almost one year. My experience here has not been the greatest, but not the worst. If you like your complaints pertaining to your apt fixed in a timely manner do not live here. The maintenance team (which consists of 2 people) are not knowledgable at anything. I had a problem with a leak in my ceiling which took 5 months to completely fix. The manager is very nice and so are the maintenance men they just don't know what the hell they are doing. The neighbors are ok, everyone stays to themselves. The structure of the apts are lowsy, because the walls are very thin and you can here everything that your neighbors are doing. Also, the plumbing is terrible because you can actually hear your neighbors turning on the knobs to take a shower. There is always trash everwhere. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay than this is the place for you. If you are looking for something with class don't move here.
