This place was nice when I moved in, but then changed managers, and it went downhill. The "security gate" was always broke and hanging open, even after being profiled as a lead story on the local news (a rapist was on the loose in the area). One trash dumpster was usually overflowing every morning - very disgusting. Worse of all were the rats. I had rats in my apartment damage my sofa. Management's response was, "That's what renter's insurance is for." Exterminator said he had laid traps in the attic of my building 1-1/2 months earlier - management denied any knowledge of that. No notice was given to the community that there was a rodent problem - I know for a fact that at least one other building had the same problem. Probably drawn to the trash and sewage treatment facility directly behind complex (nice odor, too). Leaving was a mess - I requested to be present for walkthrough, they ignored my request and charged me anyway. I got charged for such things as cleaning a dishwasher I never used. Parking isn't reserved, but too many cars mean you sometimes needed to park far away from your building. Stay away from this place if possible - management is a nightmare!
