your very own spot in hell From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   one word that discribes green tree. HORRIBLE 1st they messed up our move in date, and had to upgrade our apt. 2nd month the office threatened to not take my rent check till we paid our water bill.. hmm didn't get one, advised the office and they said it was the water company. (from other reviews i am thinking it was the offices lack of comunication and pointing the finger) 3rd thing to happen was w/ our dog 3 days after paying the pet deposit we received a nice little letter (one of many notices we received due to the offices error)sayng the we owed them like 900.00 because of not telling them we had a dog. 4th they towed one of my cars. After going to the office to inquire why they didn't call me to advice that they are going to tow (the office gives you a parking sticker that is numbered, all they had to do was look up the number and contact me to tell me about the tow)they said that the tags were out of date. so they towed it.. well i have now seen this wonderful little car w/ 2 flats and 9 months out of date tages with the warning to tow sticker on it and it has been about 1 month since i have seen the sticker i wonder when it will be towed. 5th horrid thing that happened to us was that ac unit started to leak water from under the unit and was making the carpet all wet.. after calling and going into the office myself to tell them they finally sent someone to fix it, mind you the there was this wonderful pink mold growing along the drywall at this point. The maintenace man they sent removed the panel and took out the filter and said he needed different tools and it only took another 2 weeks to get someone with the right tools. I have also heard the head manager talking to the head maintance man and using the f word several times in the conversation in the middle of the parking lot loud as if they ewere in a office or something. lets see in the 2 yrs i have stayed here the gates have worked for a total of 1 month. not to mention the retarded parking situation. Being i work late i have to park over in BFE (near the poop refinery) and that parking lot has NO LIGHTS at all. Now they want people to refer their friends to the apt complex.. well i did 2 in fact moved in. One of them had their car broken into w/in the 1st month (she parked in the dark smelly bfe parking lot) and the other had to change apts due to bugs. Not to mention the 1 of the 3 residents that lived under me sold drugs all hours of the night(evicted) and the other just skipped out.. i swear it feels like i live in the ghetto here and can't wait til my lease is up. and i wish the best of luck to anyone who decides to live in that HORRIBLE apartment complex
