Green Tree Place Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I would not recommend living in these apartments. If you have a problem with your aparment you literally have to go above them to their management team to get anything done. The team leader at those apartments are not professional and they are not attentive to their residents needs. I have had a broken ice maker in my fridge for about four months now and everytime I go into the office to have them fix it, they say they will get right on it...but then another month goes by and...nothing. They have a terrible trash problem. Every Sunday you drive by the dumpster and its is OVER LOADED with trash everywhere! It is so disgusting. You also have noisey neighbors. Trash is all over the property. Just not worth the price you pay to live there. They need to just condemn these apartments.
