The maintenance staff is horrible. I've waited a week for them to come fix my one and only toilet, which will not flush and I have gone to the office twice and called twice. I waited on two different occasions, two weeks each time, for them to replace my washing machine. Also, the first week I moved in my washer was missing a plug which took them over a week to come fix, and when they did come it only took them 20 min.
