My family and I lived there for about 8 months. At first we had no problems but then the management changed. Now all the sudden things that were normally done throughout the community was not allowed, and were fined for. We were friends with many of the neighbors and almost all had their own complaints. Then when people started moving out everyone was recieving huge bills for things that needed to be fixed. I mean thousands of dollars! A lot of the problems that needed fixed were damages told to the managment months before but they did not have the time to fix. Therefore we got charged. Even when you try to dispute the bill they automatically send you to creditors without even speaking with you. Greentree was very unfriendly and not helpful in any way. I would never go back or recommend anyone to get a lease there, afraid they too would get stuck with an awful bill that many of us have.

I too was stuck with a huge bill after filing many complaints with management about toliets overflowing and bathtubs not draining. Well over $2,000.00 becareful!
