This place is really gross and when i say gross i mean gross!!! First of all the apartments are like 40 years old. I live on the 2nd floor and i feel like i am going to fall through the floor. With every step the floor gives under you. And im not fat. My building is the first one right by the road and talk about scary. None of the lights outside work, and the gate NEVER works. So you pretty much dont go outside at night. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms have contact paper on them and then they just painted over top of that. I have the master bedroom so the bathroom is inside it. And it is carpeted. Im sure that there is anything and everything growing underneath there. Recently they came through and replace a bunch of pipes. They tore about 15 holes in almost every wall in the apt. Then they thumbtacked a piece of trash bag over the hole. Which stayed like that for 2 months!!! Then when they finally came back they let us know that our water heater was put in incorrectly and that it may have blown up! This was wonderful to hear since it was in my closet. So they replaced it at like 6 at night and we didnt have water for 2 days. So over all dont move here. Its really shaddy and a huge dump.
