Hello, I just want to give a true review for a change so if you are thinking of moving here, hopefully this would help. This is my first apartments moving from my parents house and when i was looking around, im sure that i was looking for the same exact qualities that you are looking for...no place ghetto, no noise, no crazyness.......ill just list the pros and cons about green tree and decide for yourself.......
pros:
1. as long as ive been here, i havent had any major problems.
2. it is a quiet neighborhood
3. i didnt see any drug deals cuz maybe i just go straight to my apt from my car..who knows, but there is absolutely no noise outside everynight...this neighborhood is great to me so far.
4. it seems to be a clean community.
5. its by alot of resturants and shopping and fccj.
6. its gated
7. neighbors dont make a rukus
cons:
1. gates break every so often, but everybody knows that anyone can come in the apts. anytime anyway. so who cares really, u know they do the drive behind the guy with the card thing so stop fussin.
2. there is a bad smell about 1 night in a month from the factory next door, but you should be inside ur apt and not chillin outside looking for the drug dealers :)
3. well, i dont really have any complaints about the apts. i am very pleased and glad that its not so bad for my first experience. either i lucked out and got the good side of the neighborhood, or these apts. are pretty good.
oh yeah maybe one thing, you might have a hard time finding parking on some nights, but nothing major, maybe 20 or 30 feet away, wow big deal.....people that have problems with this apt. maybe just nitpicky or just have bad luck, i dont know....but comming from a college student.....these are great apartments....
ps. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO PLAY LOUD MUSIC OR GET CRUNK...DONT RUIN THE APARTMENTS.

YOU HAVEN'T LIVED AT GREENTREE LONG ENOUGH... IN ORDER TO SEE THE "DRUG DEALERS", YOU HAVE TO WALK OVER BY THE PLAYGROUND. MOST DRUG DEALS GO ON AT THE PLAYGROUND NEAR THE POOL IN THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, JUST CONTACT JSO & ASK THEM HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TO GREENTREE. ALSO, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A "LADY OF THE EVENING", YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE GATOR LODGE, GREENTREE HAS PLENTY OF THEM.
