This is my first apartment alone. I have to say that I don't understand the previous negative comments about the office staff and drug dealers.
I have always experienced pleasant attitude from the office staff. As a previous commentor noted, they do seem to really care. I've had problems with my unit, yes... and sometimes it took several of my calls to get the issue fixed (a/c); however, they were never rude to me and were persistent with each and every call to get the issue resolved. The maintenance problems are not the office staff's fault, it's the maintenance supervisor (now that's attitude!).
As for drug dealers; I haven't seen the first. I do spend a lot of time outside with my dog, especially in the later hours. Everyone is friendly and no one appears to be dealing anything.
As with every apartment complex, there are always little issues here and there. I don't know if it's because I'm not used to being below someone, but the floor above does seem to creak a lot when the tenant moves around. There are problems with the gate- probably due to resident's irresponsibility. And of course, the mainentance supervisor does have an attitude of an ox. But overall, I am completely content in the quiet, well landscaped grounds and the visits I make to the office are always greeted and treated like family.

IN ORDER TO SEE THE "DRUG DEALERS", YOU HAVE TO WALK OVER BY THE PLAYGROUND. MOST DRUG DEALS GO ON AT THE PLAYGROUND NEAR THE POOL IN THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, JUST CONTACT JSO & ASK THEM HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TO GREENTREE. ALSO, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A "LADY OF THE EVENING", YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE GATOR LODGE, GREENTREE HAS PLENTY OF THEM.
