Its okay. The office staff is nice. However, no work orders get completed in reasonable times. Mailboxes broken, gates broken, security cameras broken. Hard to receive any follow ups via email or phone.

I have had trouble since my first day. My apartment was dirty when i moved in , both inside and out. No, one helps you here. Maintenance don't care, I asked for help and was told they couldn't help

The outside of apt looks horrible. Spider webs and bugs everywhere. Needs pressure washing. Maintenance came but never covered hole under AC. Big hole in house now. The upkeep could be much better. AA

Ever since the ownership change about two years ago, the new office staff is completely worthless. They are unresponsive and ignore complaints. When they finally answer, it is clear they absolutely do not care.

Worst place I've ever lived. Apartment was dirty and not ready on moving day. Carpet still has not been replaced since January move in and is dirty and soiled. Fireplace tiles have been broken upon move in 10 months ago and still not fixed.

This property doesn't enforce the designated handicap parking. As a permitted disabled vet I was told by the police the property won't enforce it. Guess it's an ADA issue now. It's an issue for me and the others that live here.
