They will seldom show you the apartment while signing the lease saying work is going on and it is hazardous to step in. Their smiles will turn into scream and frown if you wish to report any complain. If you counter-argue, they may call 911 charging you for harassment.
We are overcharged for everything. The main gate often remains open though we pay for it. Once I request the managemnt to notify other residnets about the theft in my apartment, the told its not their duty.
The usual water bill of $40 has hiked to $60 or more after New formula has set in. Green Tree is infamous for holding security deposit. What they expect from us' To renovate their old apartments with our own cost and return something better than what was offered' Also it seems they make mistakes in simple maths in such a way that you need to pay more.
I am just waiting for my lease period to get over when I can move out.
