I have to agree with another comment that was made - Gregory Cove was an excellent community to live in until they started accepting Section 8. I love my apartment and just recently renewed my lease. I don't intend to leave but changes have to be made to keep them from becoming "projects". 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I also have to agree with that comment somewhat.Iam on section8 myself, but the community I live in doesn't accept it no more.I was able to stay before they discontinued section8.But you know, bad section8 tenants make it hard for good sec8 tenants. Some people just can't "respect and enjoy" a beautiful community.Sometimes you just want to tell them to show some class this is not the "projects"!

i just want to say that not all people on section 8 are trashy. my husband and i are on section 8 for the time being. we applied so that i could finish school. my husband works full time as a construction worker. but we have 6 kids and i know people think that is your problem, but when i was having these kids we were both working and making good money, but within the last year the place i worked for went out of business and we lost everything in a flood we had renters insurance but didn't realize you had to pay extra for flood. so now i have decided to finish going to college i have 7 more months before i have my rn then i will be able to provide completely for my family, but i have worked since i was 14 years old now 29 i feel as if i paid taxes all these years and gave to people and if i need help i am going to ask for it. it is hard for those of us who want a nice place to raise our kids but need short term help to get it because of all the people that abuse the system. when we were looking for housing it took everything in me to ask if they would accept section 8 for fear of being looked down on or turned away so please consider all avenues before placing judgement. people without section 8 can live just as bad.

I Agree please stop section 8 . Put those bums to work. I got 4 kids and low income . And i still manage to pay bills. Its ok to have section 8 for 1 year. Give it to the people that really need it. So if you have a bum thats 18 or older. freeloading of your section 8.Put them out to the streets to get a job. money doesnt make the man. the man makes the money...
