FIRST OF ALL A COMMUNITY DOESN'T GO BAD BECAUSE OF SECTION 8 TENANTS. ALSO, I FEEL IF THE APARTMENTS ARE GOING DOWN IT'S BECAUSE THE OFFICE ISN'T ON THEIR JOB. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENTS AND A LOT OF SECTION 8 IS OUT HERE BUT, WE ALL KEEP UP OUR AREA AND IF WE SLIP THE OFFICE WILL CONTACT US. WE KNOW ARE APARTMENT MANAGER HAS 0 TOLERANCE WHEN IT COMES TO OUR GROUNDS, TRASH, NOISE, COMPANY ETC.......... SO, IF THE APARTMENT MANAGERS CAN'T HANDLE WHO THEY LET IN EXSPECIALLY SECTION 8 THEN THAT'S NOT JUST SECTION 8 PEOPLE PROBLEM IT'S ALSO THE OFFICE. IF THEY CARED ABOUT WERE THEY WORK AND HOW IT WAS RAN AND LOOKED THEN THIS APARTMENT WOULD HAVE BETTER RATINGS.

That is a bunch of mess. It is not up to the office staff to make sure you are living in a mannar that is conducive to the rules of the property. It's sad but true. Not all people on section 8 are bad neigbors. But truth be told some people on section 8 have been know to bring down a property.
