This apartment complex has really gone down hill

We have lived here for five years now, and they have the worst management in all the years of living here. We have been living with hardly any hot water in our bath tub/ shower for months now and we get no response. The 24 hour maintenance is a joke !!
You will never see them. If you have a problem with any thing they all say..... I can not help you !
The place is very unsafe we had to call the police because a guy was running around with a knife sceaming.
Our car has been hit three times in the last 6 months.
We do not have a police officer or security on premisis.
Everyone is moving out of here and we can not seem to keep office staff or managers so of coarse we do not get out maintenance !
This is not a safe place to live !!
I can not wait to move out of here !!
I have called the cops a four times now for hearing gun shots out side.....
This is a really bad section to live in.

Not to sound debative, but I know that this place is the best it has ever been since I moved here eleven years ago. Management and ownership changed a few months ago and anyone that knows anything about Heather knows that we see major changes here, and inregards to the office staff, I have no compliants at all; once new management arrived I spoke to five residents and we went into the office with concerns about the lack of an consistent manager and her answer was "we care enough to want each of you to have the best manager the industry has to offer" we were so taken by here caring attitude. I now sit on my porch taken by the overall results, and I have no compliants. I must say change is GOOD!

I only no one person who has been her e over 20 years and that person is not happy at all or does not own or can do anything on a computer ?
Further more do you live here ?
