the management of heather ridge has been doin a wonderful job with this property since i been here i have seen so many people come and go as far as management and that was a big mess it was like every month some one new and no one knew how to fix any of our problems our didnt know what was wrong from the past problems but as soon as this new company took over they didnt care to know what was wrong in the past they just went ahead and fixed the issue right then and there and boy I was more then pleased and the staff is so helpful and friendly and the property is looking better then ever and the maintance is the best they come on time when called on emergency and even if you called in the problem there either out that same day or first thing in the morning. In the past there used to be a bad problem with pest but they changed the company and me and my neighbors havent seen anything in a long time. I truley recommend this place I give it a 100

I have lived here for seven years and talking with the many of my neighbors and friends here they all agree that this place is not safe at all, and there are not many of us left that have been here for a long time. The cops are here at least once a week at the couple of police I spoke with said this area is considered a red zone for drugs and crime !! This will be our last lease here !! The water is awful here if you have any water..... They shut the water off all the time !! My neighbors told me they have has no AC for weeks !! Please come around here at night and talk to all the neighbors around here they will tell you this place is HELL !!

I disagree I been here for about 2 yrs and I havent had any problems with police coming around and or crime near my apt or the area I know we live right in the middle of the Plasides and parkview but we dont have the problems over here so I'm thinking you may have seen the cops on there side cause I walk the grounds all the time when i take my animals out or when I just want to hang out with the other residents so i will recommend this place and others that live here will also as well.
