This apartment complex is a night mare .... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response I have lived at heather ridge since oct. 2006 and this place is completely horrible .... all this crap about hardwood floors and stuff is all lies it that nylon stuff... and all this about saftey and quiteness is crap theres cops around all the time cuz of drama and stuff ive heard gun shots more than 4 times and the apartments next door have had quiet of few break ins also a young kid got robbed at our mailboxes and gunpoint by 3 black males and afriend got robbed at the dumpsters and almost got jumped by 3 more black males .... this place is terrible there infested with roaches the base there on is more than 20 years old so there just remodeling inside but forgeting about the under wires and water pipes everything is a disaster ..... they have put the 2bedrooms up to 820 and there not even worth that this place is totally ridiculous.. i cant imagine staying here any longer im so ready to get out .... i dont and wont recommend this place to anyone at all.... this is how i feel and im sure others do plus many have come and gone with in 5 month period this place is becoming empty do to how trashy it really is ...oh yea and maintenance 24 hours bull crap hes off saturday and sunday and hes only one ... ive had my sink dripping for more than a month and nothing has been done about it ....
