Hey guys just wanted to let you know, don't listen to the ggod reviews you hear on these apartments. I was told by someone who use to work for this company that they are force to go on the site and right good reviews. If you look you will notice that the pattern is when you see a bad review you then get a new one. This complex have a lot of issues. The main one is the plumbing. It sucks. Sewage backup in the aprtments all the time. It takes forever to get somthing fix and when they fix it they have to come back time after time for the same problem. Maintaince excuss is that they can only work with what the company allows them. This place has gone through so many managers. I was you I would visit the complex and speak with some of the residents. Not the ones they want you to speak to. Also tell them to show you the unit other than the model. Of course the model looks good. Also pull the police report for this complex.
