Hi, I am a new tenant that recently moved in three months ago. I must say that the complex really takes pride on it's apperance. As you drive down the street, you will notice that this is the only complex on the strip that does a really good job on thier landscaping. I notice that every week they have an outside company that comes in and takes good care of the grounds. I was very impress of the complex considering the age of it. You will never believe the age if you see the apartments. They completely re model in the inside of the apartments. New counters, new carpet, and new cabinets. I really enjoy the fireplace. I can't wait till it gets cold enough to use it. The staff are very friendly and listens with open ears.
